1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Speler USA, LLC (hereinafter referred as SPELER) warrants the LCD/LED TV product (hereinafter referred to as Product), purchased and delivered new in the original carton to the original owner (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) from SPELER or from an authorized SPELER reseller against defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions for non-commercial usage only for the original owner.
Term: This limited one (1) year warranty commences on the date of purchase and entitles You to one (1) calendar year on parts & labor, excluding the LCD/LED TV panel. Proof of date of purchase in the form of a purchase receipt or copy thereof is required. This warranty is not transferable. This limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized SPELER resellers.
During this limited warranty period, SPELER, will at its option,
“Refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specification. These are Your exclusive remedies.
All exchanged units or parts replaced under this warranty will become the property of SPELER. Any replacement product provided under this limited warranty may vary in the color and/or cosmetic design from the original product and may not include any original engraving or similar customization.
Product Coverage: Only the hardware components packaged with the Product are covered. Technical assistance for hardware or software usage and any software or non SPELER products are not covered. Any software or non SPELER products is provided “AS IS” unless expressly provided for in any enclosed software Limited Warranty.
Instructions: You must contact SPELER or an authorized SPELER service provider prior to returning any product for warranty service. SPELER will not reimburse You for service performed by others. Unless otherwise instructed by SPELER or an authorized SPELER service provider, You must deliver the product, freight prepaid for units under 40” screen size, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the facility specified by SPELER. SPELER recommends that you save the original packaging for one (1) year.

To expedite service, have your product model, serial number, and date of purchase available prior to contacting Speler USA INC. A SPELER Customer Care representative will attempt to diagnose the nature of the problem.
If the problem you are experiencing cannot be resolved over the telephone, you may be requested to send the product to an authorized shop or dealers with your purchased receipt. Terms and conditions should follow those of respective shop and dealer.
Repair/Replacement Warranty: This Limited Warranty shall apply to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty or ninety (90) days whichever is longer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover SPELER products sold “AS IS”, “Open Box”, “WITH ALL FAULTS” or other similar notations and does not cover consumables (such as batteries and fuses). SPELER will not replace missing parts from any package purchased “AS IS”, “Open Box” or through an online auction. This Limited Warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product. This Limited Warranty is valid only on products purchased and located in the United States (excluding territories) or United States military facilities. SPELER specifically does not represent that it will be able to repair or make a product exchange without the risk to or loss of programs or data.

The flat panel display is an innovative device that is manufactured to precise tolerances with active performing pixels of 99.9%. As such, it is NOT a malfunction to view multiple non-performing pixels on your screen.
SPELER retains the right to access all warranty claims to determine if damages are covered by the warranty. In case a claim is not covered by the warranty. You will be contacted to determine whether such damages should be repaired for a fee.
Limitation of Remedy
SPELER is not liable for any damages caused by the product the failure of the product to perform, including any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damages, or consequential damages. SPELER is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third party.
SPELER is not liable for any damages claimed for fines, penalties, punitive damages, exemplary damages or treble damages in whatever form caused.
SPELER is not liable for any claim, loss, demand or ‘suit’ arising from the rendering or failure to provide professional advice.
SPELER is not liable for damages claimed for any loss, cost or expenses incurred for the loss of use, withdrawal, recall inspection, repair, replacement, adjustment, removal or disposal of the product. Nor shall recovery of any kind against SPELER be greater in amount than the purchase price of the product sold by SPELER.
This limitation applies whether damages are sought, or a claim made, under this warranty or as a loss claim (including negligence and strict product liability).
This limitation of liability will be effective event if SPELER or an authorized representative or SPELER has been advised by you of the possibility of any such damages. This limitation of liability, however, will not apply to claims for personal death or injury.
Except as expressly set forth in this warranty, SPELER makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness or a particular purpose. SPELER expressly disclaims all warranties not satisfied in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on warranty duration, exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply.
No SPELER reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
